Staff are excellent especially the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in. Once he checked us in, we came down about a half hour later to go for a walk and he called me by my name (without looking it up)! Very pleasant and a great personality. I hope that you treat the staff well (pay) as the front desk staff and the lady that took care of the breakfast area were all so pleasant. Excellent

This is a clean, new and modern facility. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was worth the price on its own. We absolutely loved our stay and will stay here again when in the area.

The hotel front desk staff refused to provide me a paper copy of the receipt. I was charged an incidental fee and I wanted a receipt to prove I did not use any . This is unacceptable in any business to not provide a receipt. I will never recommend or stay at this hotel again.
